Picture the scene: tender pork loins, slow-roasted until they fall apart like the final note of a stadium encore, then pulled, packed with flavour, and finished with our secret marinade.

On the side? That legendary crackling — golden, crispy, and dusted with the good stuff: Halen Môn sea salt, fresh from Anglesey.

Add a sweet hit of apple sauce, a layer of herby stuffing, and tuck the whole beautiful thing into a soft baker’s roll.

  • We arrive approximately 1-2 hours before serving, setting up our gazebo, cooking & serving equipment.

  • Your meat is slowly roasted for 10-12 hours, ensuring a succulent bite, every time!

  • Our experienced chefs will carve and serve the meat to your guests.

  • We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event!

How it works…

WE REQUIRE:

  • At least 3×3-metre space to set up our equipment

  • Access for our equipment through to the designated cooking area

  • Access to the venue 2 hours before serving

  • A 25% deposit to secure the date of your event

  • Full payment 7 days before the event

From hog roasts and crispy crackling to full bellies and happy faces, that’s where we bring the Piggie Stardust magic as standard.

But if your event is further across the galaxy, don’t worry — we can still fire up the ovens and hit the road. A mileage fee may apply, just to keep the wheels turning and the roast rocking.

From Manchester to the mountains, Liverpool to the Llŷn Peninsula, we bring the flavour, the theatre and the stardust.
